New Leash On Life Rescue is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit that works to reduce pet overpopulation, keep animals out of shelters, and improve quality of life for pets and pet owners in need. We assist residents of Lincoln County, MO when facing financial hardship to help cover the cost of their pet’s medical care and basic needs.
